Mektovi (binimetinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with melanoma (a skin cancer) that has a specific mutation (change) in their genes called 'BRAF V600'. It is taken together with Braftovi (encorafenib), another kinase inhibitor.
It is available in tablet form containing 15 mg of binimetinib.
