2. Information we collect
We may process your name, email, optional telephone, country, requested medicine, strength, pack, message, optional prescription file, consent records, enquiry history and minimised technical security records. Medicine and prescription details may reveal health information and therefore be special-category data.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We process contact and enquiry details to assess and respond to the consultancy request you make, relying on steps requested before a possible contract and our legitimate interests in managing and securing enquiries. We process health information and prescriptions only with the separate explicit consent given on the form and only to assess that consultancy enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
4. Automation and AI
Medicine name, ingredient, strength and pack are matched against reference price records using deterministic rules. This is not a medical decision or solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and prescription files are not sent to the AI service; only limited de-identified product and enquiry context is used to draft short text. AI does not calculate prices.
5. Recipients
Limited data may be processed by Hostinger for secure hosting and email, OpenRouter for de-identified text drafting, and professional advisers where necessary for security or legal obligations. If you ask to proceed with an appropriately authorised third party, necessary information is shared only after an explanation and a suitable legal basis is established. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
6. International transfers
Some technical providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we use provider commitments, contractual safeguards and data minimisation. Prescription files are not transferred to the AI provider.
7. Retention and security
Enquiry and correspondence records are normally kept for no longer than 24 months. Uploaded prescription files are normally deleted automatically within 90 days. A legal requirement, dispute or clearly ongoing enquiry may require longer retention. Access is restricted, transmission uses HTTPS and private files are not stored in public web folders.
8. Cookies
The site uses only essential session cookies for security, form integrity and administrator sign-in. It currently uses no advertising, retargeting or analytics cookies.
9. Your rights
