Ponvory (ponesimod) is a sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P1) receptor modulator indicated to treat adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease.
It is available as a 14-day starter pack containing 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 mg tablets, or as 20 mg ponesimod tablets.
